The Two Roads interpretation of this emerging beer style naturally takes a road less traveled. Unlike other versions, ours employs an American ale yeast and no spices. The result is a soft wheat backdrop that accentuates the Pacific Northwest hop character.

A good solid IPA. Could have used more flavor. Slightly above average finish that is bitter but short.

27.09.2015, @beertemple, musluk. Açık sarı bulanık renkte, beyaz hızlı sönen köpüğe sahip. Koku, malt, limoni narenciye, mayşe ve hafif çiçeksilik barındırıyor. Tadım çiçeksi, aromatik ve ferahlatıcı. Bitiriş limoni bir tatla sonlanıyor. Bir ipa için acılık düşük geldi bana..

Keg sample at beer temple Amsterdam. Translucent golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting frothy white head. Aroma is leafy lemon, wheat, fresh and clean, floral notes, little pollen. Flavour is composed of wheat, leafy hops, lemon rind, crisp. Palate is crisp fresh grains, light resin, highish carbonation. Hint of spicy citrus rind in the finish. Very well balanced. .

Hazy yellow, white head. Light pine, citrus. Some bitterness, light malt sweetness. Chewy, light body, some effervescence. Fine.

Pours hazy straw yellow color with a foamy white head. Aroma of wheat, yeast, pine, and citrus. Tangerine flavor with yeast, wheat, and some pine. No real hop bite. Very nice.

Translucent white/gold with a minimal white head. Citrus, spruce, yeast, caramel, and honey aroma. Mid bodied. Wonderfully executed white ipa. Yeast and banana present themselves initially, but the finish is a delectable combination of yeast, banana, citrus, and spruce certainly conforming to the style.

Interesting beer. Can, It seems a sloppy IPA on the surface, dig in a little deeper and there’s more there. Balance between the wheat and hop. It says there’s no spice but I guess the complexity arouses some hints of pepper and a bit of heat. Stale lemon zest. Not bad. Better poured into a glass.

Piana średnio obfita, dość szybko się rozpadła i niewiele pozostaje na powierzchni. Barwa jak na wheat IPA przystało bardzo jasna złota, prawie słomkowa. Zmętnione, sporo drobinek pochodzenia białkowego. Aromat to połączenie ładnych słodowych, chlebowo, zbożowych nut z delikatną kontrą chmielowa odrobiną cytrynowej skórki i gdzieś tam na końcu odrobina tropików. W smaku jest delikatne, może nawet za bardzo, cytrusy , cytrynowe, pomieszane z pszenicznym słodem, a na końcu goryczka, ale bez fajerwerków. Wysycenie średnie w stronę wysokiego, wytrawne, rześkie i pijalne, goryczka niska z cytrusowo miodowym finiszem.

Decent wheat biased IPA. Smell is of wheat more than hops. Dissipating head. Decent drinkability with bulked up mouthfeel.

Pours yellow-gold with a foamy, white head that lingers long. Nose is bright citrus and tropical fruit. Notes of pineapple. Taste is mildly sweet trailing off to a delicate hop bitterness. Very pleasant beer.
