A session IPA in a can. Made with four exotic hops - Azacca, Calypso, Mosaic and Equinox. Taste is of tropical fruits, specifically passion fruit, grapefruit and apricots. Finishes with just enough toasted malt character to balance.

Can. Pours clear gold with small fluffy white head. Aroma is very pleasant tropical hops: mango, lychee, orange and lemon zest, some sweet malts. Taste is more standard and akin to the other major players in the relatively undifferentiated session IPA category: orange peel, herbs, big citrus pith bitterness, but pleasant and fresh tasting. Good.

Can from Wine Rack at Yarnton Nurseries, Yarnton, Oxon, consumed sat outside Frank at Shrewsbury Folk Festival, Friday 26th August 2016 Light amber with a nice white head. Soft in the mouth, loose hoppiness, a nice pithy edge. Fruity with a lemony bite, really lovely session IPA. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.6

Can (12 oz). Hazy pale golden with a medium white head leaving some lacing. Aroma is of tropical fruits (mostly grapefruits), resinous hops, mild spiciness and hints of caramel. Taste is more resin than tropical fruits forward but there’s definitely some grapefruits notes, maltiness could be leaner as the caramel backbone is a tad too present for a Session IPA, hints of soap and moderate bitterness. Medium body. Medium carbonation. Grapefruits and resinous finish. Short aftertaste. Not bad at all, but it doesn’t feel like a Session IPA at all, more like a Pale Ale or even an IPA. Ok drinkability.

Pours a chill hazed golden with a small white head that leaves nice lacing. Nose is of bright tropical fruits and obvious hop extract but it’s all good. Lightly grassy. Taste is more of the fruits, slight oranges. Not too sweet with a moderately light bitterness. A bit of caramel in the finish. Body is light to medium, carbonation moderate. A pretty good "session" IPA, I like it!

Can from Rehills of Jesmond. Golden with a frothy off white head. Lovely tropical mango, guava and grapefruit aroma. The taste is more of the same with a toasty malt base, light spice and a good bitter finish. Refrshing and easy to drink. Lovely

Pours clear golden with inital foamy head and lots of lacing. Nose is fruity and pine. Flavours of grapefruit, some pine, some resin, some cereal. Taste is med/light bitter and light sweet. Medium body, solid for style with lively carbonation. Well done.

Lil heaven two roads session IPA. On tap at New York sports bar, JFK airport on July the 11th, 2016. Amber with whitish, shallow scant lacing foam. Tangerine citrus aroma with touches of peach. Crisply hoppy in mouth with citrus grapefruit and savoury nuttiness. A grassy finish with tangy citrus, becoming bitter in the upper rear mouth. Lightish body and a zingy mouthfeel.

Had this in New Haven from the can. Slightly cloudy light yellow color. Good head that does not last too long. Nose is citrus. Heavier in the mouth with strong interesting hops but some malt and grapefruit coming through later. Bitter finish due to the hops but quite pleasant. F Avey---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Session IPA is not code of watered down IPA, unfortunately two roads disagrees. I enjoy a nice lite beer but i expect it to still have body and be balanced. This is lacking both, the one pronounced flavor is the hops.
