12oz bottle from Greg, cheers mate. 11th May 2016, poured into a Corsendonk badged tulip. Hazy golden yellow body, full white blanket of bubbles on top. Yeasty and hoppy nose, the taste followed the same lines. Decent and certainly better than most of the US brewed Pilsners I have come across over the years.

2.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
I poured it from the bottle into a pilsner glass. It pours cloudy golden with a nice white head and lacing. At first, the aroma was a bit skunky. It improved. It was grass, grain, and dank. The taste was grain, lemon, and hops. This was crisp and dry with a nice bitterness. This was pretty good.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
12 oz can. Pours golden with tall, long lasting, fluffy, white head and soda like carbonation. Aroma is of grassy hops and biscuit malt. Body is medium and slightly crisp. Herbal and grassy hops and pale malt fill the mouth. Finish is long and very hoppy. Very good Pilz.

From the 12 fl. oz. bottle with a bottling date of 1/29/2016. The pour is yellow and carbonated but the head is thin and short-lived. The aroma brings out toasted cracker, bread, and grass. It also smells pretty fresh and clean. The body is light and refreshing. The sweet malt character is noticeable in the taste but it is the dry bitter ending that I will remember.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
From a Lazy Dog
Brilliantly clear deep yellow with a huge frothy bubbly white head that persists forever. Grainy light crackery pilsner malt on the nose with bits of citrus spice and earth. The aroma is more macro lager than German Pils. Grainy bready pilsner malt base with a solid hit of spicy earthy hop flavor. Light fruitiness with hints of green apple. Moderate hop bitterness medium body with a moderate to high level of carbonation. I’m missing the bready sweet melanoid laden pilsner maltiness I normally expect and honestly I’ve had traditional German Pilsner beers with a whole lot more hop character than this beer. Decent quaffable beer though.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pours a hazy golden yellow from the bottle with fluffy white head that dissipates to leave moderate lace. Aroma of light bready grains, grassy floral hop notes, and clean yeast. Taste follows, with a quick bitterness on the back end. Clean and easy, solid for the style, but meh.
