Traditional in concept with a Two Roads twist…dry hops. We use a combination of classic German as well as American hop and malt varieties in our Pils. We renovated a 100 year-old factory building and designed this Pils to have “extra” aroma…so, pardon the pun! Crisp…refreshing…refined.

From tap. Clear, butter color. Dark for style. Laborer nose. Very floral. Rate is powdery. Dry. Not a strong aftertaste. East drinking. Well done.

got an old bottle, very drinkable with zero hop flavor, would imagine it could be better with a fresh bottle

Erzengel (2531) - Wuppertal, GERMANY - MAR 7, 2014
The beer starts nice floral, hoppy pine flavours together with resin hints. The mainpart is highly drinkable, nicely bitter hopped and great floral resin hop aroma. The aftertaste is long, intense resin hops, crisp and highly drinkable.
A very nice Pils! -> 12/12/11/11

Scrapersnbeer (1467) - Boston, Massachusetts, USA - FEB 15, 2014
Aroma of floral hop, hay and grain husk. Slightly cloudy yellow, nice residual head cap. Plenty of dry, biscuit malt that is cut into by a heavy bitterness at the start and finish. Surprisingly bitter pilsner, and very stinky for not being skunky. The only demerit here is a plush body where crispness should be at a premium. A hop lovers pils.

Bottle via hopscotch: Solid slightly hopper pilsener with biscuity malt notes. Unfiltered which is nice but alas it is almost a tad soft and mushy, not crisp. Very quaffable overall.

Poured a light pale yellow color with aromas of hay, toast and some malt. Flavors are the same a basic pilsner better than the macros.

Six pack purchased WorldWide Wine Cellars, Tolland, CT. After a marathon of heavy beers I picked this up for the lightness. Aroma is moderately toasted, hay, and light grass hops. The flavor is much of the same as the aromas. Light body with a dry texture. Hop character lingers just slightly. Honestly this delivered what I was expecting.

12 oz bottle. Straw yellow pour with a medium fizzy head. Aroma of pepper, malt and grassy hops. Medium body with a malty finish. Not as dry as I would expect for a pils, but still decent.

Clear golden body, thin white head, minimal lacing. Grassy hops, a touch of lemon zest, and a decent amount of assertive cereals. Medium to light bodied, lively carbonation, nice level of bitterness.
