COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Traditional in concept with a Two Roads twist…dry hops. We use a combination of classic German as well as American hop and malt varieties in our Pils. We renovated a 100 year-old factory building and designed this Pils to have “extra” aroma…so, pardon the pun! Crisp…refreshing…refined.

Draft @ Beer Culture with James. Murky orange. Even half-finger head. Nose is herbal and bready. Palate is the same, evening rye-grainy-maltiness. A little bumpy...

Can from alexsdad06. Poured a clear golden color with an average to large frothy white head that was lasting and produced good lacing. Good complex hop and malt aroma. Medium body with a dry smooth texture and soft carbonation. Moderate bittersweet flavor with with a moderate bittersweet finish of moderate duration. This is a good beer for style.

Can. Another bad session beer. Thin body, light metallic bitterness, frothy white head that leaves some lacing, not the aroma I expect from a dry-hopped beer, average carbo and a light lingering bitterness. Meh.

12 oz can from Blipp. Pours a clear golden color with a medium sized white head. The aroma and flavor have pilsner malts, noble hops, some floral hops, mild citrus, some grainy character creeps in, all in all, it’s a decent pilsner that would work for the lawnmower or maybe the golf course (where I had it) but not something I would seek out often.

Bottle. An unclear, yellow-golden beer with a small, white head. The aroma is weak, with grass, grains and some hay. There’s also a faint touch of pepper in the far back. The flavor has a decent bitterness along with grains, hay and grassy, piney hops. Much more interesting than the aroma. It’s medium bodied and quite dry, with an appropriate carbonation level. Lasting piney, peppery and grassy finish with an underlaying touch of hay and cellar. A refreshing and quite nice beer I could drink a few of. 150610
