Traditional in concept with a Two Roads twist…dry hops. We use a combination of classic German as well as American hop and malt varieties in our Pils. We renovated a 100 year-old factory building and designed this Pils to have “extra” aroma…so, pardon the pun! Crisp…refreshing…refined.

New brewery. Old mastermind. Give him some flowers and seeds and a tank and let him work his magic. Immediate grand achievements in the "pale beer with depth and finesse" category -- pilsner, saison, and white ipa. Here with an Ol’ Factory Pils 12oz bottle. Right up there with Victory, Lagunitas, Oskar, or Sly Fox, with the hops being a shade less on the flavor factor and a shade greater on the drying factor. Wonderful slightly creamy center tapers long and lean to an unobtrusive clean herbiness. Guzzle in June. Bathe in July.

Pale golden, no visible carbonation or head. Floral as fup, grassy enough and crispbread. Initial taste is floral gums, not overly soapy but soapy enough. Crisp lemon bitterness and a steely mouthfeel. Softly spoken carbonation rumbles along. Finish is tinny, bitter and crisp enough. Lemon fairy liquidness.

Hazy gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and fairly crisp. Light malt, touch of sweetness and a trace of cream. Satisfyingly bitter hops, noble hop like bitterness. Little hop spice and floralness. Smooth finish. Very nice Pils.

Bottle 35,5 cl. Pours an almost clear pale yellow with a rough, white head. Lovely hop aroma, somewhat perfumy. Medium body, a dry maltiness with a perfumy hoppiness that really lasts throughout. Lovely. 300514

Very good. A little bit of hops goes a long way in this beer. Not too strong but still manly enough to drink while grilling up some steaks.
