Traditional in concept with a Two Roads twist…dry hops. We use a combination of classic German as well as American hop and malt varieties in our Pils. We renovated a 100 year-old factory building and designed this Pils to have “extra” aroma…so, pardon the pun! Crisp…refreshing…refined.

New brewery. Old mastermind. Give him some flowers and seeds and a tank and let him work his magic. Immediate grand achievements in the "pale beer with depth and finesse" category -- pilsner, saison, and white ipa. Here with an Ol’ Factory Pils 12oz bottle. Right up there with Victory, Lagunitas, Oskar, or Sly Fox, with the hops being a shade less on the flavor factor and a shade greater on the drying factor. Wonderful slightly creamy center tapers long and lean to an unobtrusive clean herbiness. Guzzle in June. Bathe in July.

Draught @ Albion. Looks bright yelllow with small foamy white head, malt aroma, crisp malt taste, high carbonation, slightly bitter taste, abrupt finish. Not very exciting but still drinkable.

Crisp herbal aroma with a hint of bread. Body is a clear golden with a thin soap bubbly head. Has a bold bitterness with light grain malt character. Hint of sourness in the finish.

27-MAR-2014, bottle @Papsø clear all tasting, @Amager Bryghus with Ulkløbben. Pale yellow with low White head. Aroma is weak straw. Taste the same with a touch of citrus. Clean but disappointing.

My Bottom Line:
This very malty Pils slowly develops herbal hops in a super clean, polished profile.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A fleeting head of foam covers the shiny pale blond.
-This is like a hoppier Budvar. Few German Pilseners come to mind though...
-The flavor profile grew on me.
-A small touch of toffee appears too.

On tap at the brewery taproom.

Beautiful looking beer with nice hoppy aroma and soft white head. I’d prefer a little more maltiness to balance the bitter hops but overall a tasty beverage.

Pours a light gold, somewhat hazy with a huge white head. Earthy, herbal nose. Mouthfeel is medium, perfect for the style. Flavor is smooth and juicy, the clean pilsner malt is a great backbone for the earthy German hops.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein leicht trübes goldgelbs Bier mit einer ordentlichen stabilen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch fruchtig, hopfig, grasig, etwas Aprikose, Getreide. Geschmack fruchtig hopfig, leicht süß, trocken, dezent bitter, gutes Pils.
