Traditional in concept with a Two Roads twist…dry hops. We use a combination of classic German as well as American hop and malt varieties in our Pils. We renovated a 100 year-old factory building and designed this Pils to have “extra” aroma…so, pardon the pun! Crisp…refreshing…refined.

New brewery. Old mastermind. Give him some flowers and seeds and a tank and let him work his magic. Immediate grand achievements in the "pale beer with depth and finesse" category -- pilsner, saison, and white ipa. Here with an Ol’ Factory Pils 12oz bottle. Right up there with Victory, Lagunitas, Oskar, or Sly Fox, with the hops being a shade less on the flavor factor and a shade greater on the drying factor. Wonderful slightly creamy center tapers long and lean to an unobtrusive clean herbiness. Guzzle in June. Bathe in July.

Bottle from...not sure. Clear pale yellow gold with lasting head and a little lace. Medium grassy lemony hop aroma with some old lemons. Medium cereal malts with misplaced tanginess and medium assertive grassy fruity finish. Light body. Nice texture. Dry hopping might be subtraction by addition. Too much tang and fruit. Okay.

Bottle from Vika enjoyed at home
Yellow hazy, white head. Smell of floral hops, honey, dust and light malts. Light to moderate sweet, some floral and honey tendensies, very clean and crisp, dry palate. Ends with a medium bitter tail of herbs and resins. Very nice!

(Draught at Beer Temple, Amsterdam, 22 Aug 2014) Pale golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, hoppy nose with bread, citrus, grass and grapefruit. Malty, hoppy taste with notes of bread, grapefruit, lemon peel, grass and a generous citric bitterness in a dry finish. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty pilsener with a generous hop character. Nice one.

Big offwhite head. Clear pale yellow body with light carbonation. Soft floral fruity aroma with mealy notes. Dryish spicy mealy fruity taste with floral notes. Mid-bodied. Mealy, slightly abrasive mouthfeel. Dryish toffee and grass aftertaste with bready notes. It’s not bad but I’d rather have a real pils. (0.355l bottle, from wine monopoly, Strømmen.)

On tap at Beer Temple. Hazy pale golden yellow colour, white head. Aroma of crisp malts, citrus, flowers, hay, light herbal, nice and fresh but not your average lager. Flavour is light malty, light sweet, floral, citrus, hint of lavender, some pine, decent bitter finish. Light-bodied. Really tasty stuff.
