Traditional in concept with a Two Roads twist…dry hops. We use a combination of classic German as well as American hop and malt varieties in our Pils. We renovated a 100 year-old factory building and designed this Pils to have “extra” aroma…so, pardon the pun! Crisp…refreshing…refined.

New brewery. Old mastermind. Give him some flowers and seeds and a tank and let him work his magic. Immediate grand achievements in the "pale beer with depth and finesse" category -- pilsner, saison, and white ipa. Here with an Ol’ Factory Pils 12oz bottle. Right up there with Victory, Lagunitas, Oskar, or Sly Fox, with the hops being a shade less on the flavor factor and a shade greater on the drying factor. Wonderful slightly creamy center tapers long and lean to an unobtrusive clean herbiness. Guzzle in June. Bathe in July.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Ariel’s place. Thanks zvikar. Hazy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma of floral hops with a citric touch and a grassy note and some graininess. Flavor has some graininess, slightly sweet, and decent hoppiness, citric and floral, a bit grassy. Light-bodied. Decent.

Butelka Barwa złota, piwo klarowne. Piana obfita, drobna, biała, bardzo trwała, mocno oblepia szkło. W aromacie słód, amerykański chmiel (cytrusy, kwiaty) i leciutkie miodowe utlenienie. Smak to słodowość, nuty chmielowe: kwiaty, słodkie cytrusy, lekkie miodowe utelnienie. Goryczka jak na styl wysoka.

Blond bodied and very stable head; excellent looks for a pilsner. Loads of dryhopping, grassy and herbal and fresh, but the underlying malts are a bit sweaty and sweet, almost aspartan-like. Drinks very well, excellent mouth feel, however the bitterness is a bit astringent. Ups and downs, this pilsner, it needs some work on the early-bowl bitterness and malt quality. (Bottle from Bière Revolution)

Tap at the Beer Temple, Amsterdam. Poured a clear straw colour with a thin white head and some broken lace. The aroma is grassy hop, yeast, light citrus. The flavour is moderate to light bitter with a crisp clean hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish.
