COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Traditional in concept with a Two Roads twist…dry hops. We use a combination of classic German as well as American hop and malt varieties in our Pils. We renovated a 100 year-old factory building and designed this Pils to have “extra” aroma…so, pardon the pun! Crisp…refreshing…refined.

Draft @ the brewery. Served in a .4 liter glass, this beer has a clean, juicy and grassy hop flavor with a medium bready malt body. Notes of pepper and a gritty, dry mouthfeel. Pretty good.

Pours a hazy golden yellow from the bottle with fluffy white head that dissipates to leave moderate lace. Aroma of light bready grains, grassy floral hop notes, and clean yeast. Taste follows, with a quick bitterness on the back end. Clean and easy, solid for the style, but meh.

ciocanelu (591) - Timisoara, ROMANIA - JAN 11, 2016
Hazy bright yellow color with white head. Aroma has grains and sourdough with a hint of hops. Taste is mainly grainy with some breaddy notes. Finish is slightly hoppy and gets more bitter. Body is medium but fells smooth. Carbonation is on the light side. Bottle is pretty old so the aroma hops might be gone already but apart from that it’s a decent pils.

Somewhere: pours golden with a white head. Aroma is rather grassy, with bread and hay and hops. Taste is somewhat bitter and grassy. More bitter than European pilseners but more European than most American pilseners.

12 oz can. Pours a cloudy yellow gold with a medium sized fluffy white head. Aroma of lemon, grassy notes, pilsner malt and hops. Taste is much the same. Decent.

Can shared by Jack, thanks! Pours a hazy gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has a nice grass note with a bit of citrus and crisp grain supporting. Flavor has grass with a bit of crisp lager yeast and a light crisp grain.

Bottle, thanks gregwilsonstl! Hazy light gold pour with a small white head. Nice crisp malt. Light grass. Just a bit of banana phenolic character hurts the nose a bit. Flavor’s pretty elegant. Dry, clean and easy drinking. Nice stuff.

Bottle shared by jackl @ the deyholla tick palace. Pours a hazy yellow with thin white head. Aroma is biscuits, some earthy hops. Taste is the same, crisp and refreshing. Very crushable.

Straw yellow color out of the bottle with a fizzy white head. Nose of grains and a little lemon peel. Crisp cracker malts with a strong lemon flavor. Long dry hop finish.

12oz bottle thanks to Gregwilsonstl, pours a clear pale yellow with a large white head. Aroma of dry spicy grassy hops, yeast, and biscuit malt. Taste of dry bitter grassy hops with underlying yeast and malt, with a crisp finishing bitterness. Nice, a highly drinkable and well made Pilsner!
