3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle from a 6 pack reasonably priced at 9.99 for a barrel aged Vanilla bean beer. Two roads continues to kill the local market! Pour has an aged copper color with a covering of off white head that fell right back. Aroma has pie spices, mild pumpkin, sweet malt, and a hint of the sweet side of the rum barrel. Mouth feel is medium with great carbonation for a barreled beer. Flavor has a pleasant spice mix that is not overdone, mild pumpkin, again rum sweetness showing mostly oak, decent malted core, and a smooth well integrated finish. I can appreciate that the typically overdone flavors in pumpkin beers are all under control here but the barrel end of things is very mild and the vanilla side is almost undetectable. All that said this is very approachable and was quite enjoyed.

Bottle from brewery via Em. Pours a pale medium brown, little to no head. Aroma spice forward, some rum notes. Roasted pumpkin. Body light and arch, pumpkin pie taste to finish. Too sweet for me.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Deep orange color with tinges of red. Flavors of pumpkin pie, spice, oak, and the rum shows. This is not as sweet as some pumpkin beers and overall is nice. GABF.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
A better pumpkin ale but not enough spice to override the rum and malt base. Spice on the nose, medium body, and good flavors. Just want more pumpkin pie flavors to remind me of the season.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours mahogany with a thin off white head. Smells oaky with some light pumpkin spice elements and some warming alcohol. Tastes dry with the oak complimenting the spicy pie profile nicely.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draft at the brewery. Pours amber orange with a thin white head. Light pumpkin spice, toasted malts, vanilla, and spices. Rum barrel is on the lighter side, but still noticeable. Pretty sweet throughout, but not overwhelming. Good stuff.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
12oz bottle in a tulip. Pours dark copper with an off-white head. Aroma of light pumpkin and spices, some pale and caramel malts, and the faintest hints of rum. Flavor the same. Average texture. A alight pumpkin beer but nothing special.

Drank from the bottle. Hints of the rum and vanilla but it is a very light citrus pumpkin ale.
