3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
End of the day reward? How about after bottling beer? Belgian yeast, wheat, some grass, not quite what I expected. Sweeter and less dry for one. Taste is more my thing but I still am not impressed by the underhopped and fairly thin body. Bit of a disappointment. (33cl bottle from Saveur Bière)

Tap. Light grain and lemonfor the malt and hops, moderate dough for the yeast, with hints of light fruit, banana and clove. Head js small, creamy, white with slippery lacing and is mostly diminishing. Color is hazy amber. Flavor starts lightly sweet and acidic, then finishes lightly sweet, acidic and bitter. Palate is light to medium, slick with a lively carbonation and a crisp finish. Nice and refreshing Saison with good flavors and aromas.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle at home. Hazy golden pour. Aroma is fruity with obvious banana and bubble gum coming through. Also a bit of funky yeast. Typical high carbonation. Starts out sweetish and quickly turns to a spicy rye palate, with white pepper and coriander. Grassy, bitter finish. Good working man’s saison.
