COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A traditional farmhouse ale made with a very expressive yeast strain that contributes an array of tropical fruit, spice flavors and aromatics. Brewed with a variety of harvest grains including barley, wheat, oats and rye as was likely the case with farmhouse brewers of yore. The result is a complex, refreshing and distinctive example of this esoteric style. Intensely fruity (passion fruit, pineapple, mango, lychee), slightly spicy (clove, white pepper)

Reminds me of Christmas, probably due to the spruce taste it has. Such a taste masked the slight bitterness and any other flavorings. Enjoyable nonetheless.

Flaska från Prövestenens Vinhandel, Helsingör. Hälls upp lätt grumligt orange, med stort äggvitevispat skum. I doften hittas frisk citron, örter och fläder. Detsamma i smaken plus apelsinskal och peppar. Jordig och torr munkänsla. En trevlig saison.

Bue en bouteille. On note rapidement l'acidité et les épices (poivre). Finale assez persistante. Rafraîchissante.

Straw yellow. Spicy and fruity aroma. Clove, honey, banana on the taste. Flavor dissipates quickly though. Light nice drink but not special either

Flaske: Lysegul let skyet øl. Duft af parfumeret estere. Smagen er meget parfumeret men med en god bitterhed til at bakke den op. Udmærket øl.

Bottle, bought @ Mikkeller and Friends Bottle Shop, Cph. Pours clear, pale yellow with a medium, staying frothy white head. Aroma has sweetish malts, bread, light corn, grass, apple, grapes. Medium carbonation, fine dry and light creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has crisp malts, grapes, grassy hops, light white pepper. Quite dry finish.

Bottle from hopscotch - thanks! Slightly hazy golden yellow pour with a smaller white head. Fruity esters with plenty of spice. Crisp and somewhat dry. Good.
