COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A traditional farmhouse ale made with a very expressive yeast strain that contributes an array of tropical fruit, spice flavors and aromatics. Brewed with a variety of harvest grains including barley, wheat, oats and rye as was likely the case with farmhouse brewers of yore. The result is a complex, refreshing and distinctive example of this esoteric style. Intensely fruity (passion fruit, pineapple, mango, lychee), slightly spicy (clove, white pepper)

Reminds me of Christmas, probably due to the spruce taste it has. Such a taste masked the slight bitterness and any other flavorings. Enjoyable nonetheless.

UPDATED: DEC 18, 2014 Has a nice light saison taste and feel. But it's almost overwhelmingly light. Still refreshing, though.

golden, clear, white foam, minimal head, lightly bitter, light sweetness, light body, très belle saison typique qui est axée sur la levure en avant et légèrement sur les malts pas sur les houblons

In short: saison?
Pours quite clear pale golden (to pour or not to pour, as some of you pointed this may be not properly expressed, but i guess everyone understands this), with little white head. Short head retention, poor lacing. Citrusy, subtle tart aromas. Light to medium body, average carbonation, slightly crispy texture. Taste is some sweet, fruity, quite citrusy, subtle sour flavours. Pleasant, but lacking saisnon character.

Hazy gold beer, good white head. Palate is airy and crisp. Mild minerals. Airy floral malts, just slight sweetness. Nice mild lemony citrus. Semi dry finish. A simple, clean and very drinkable saison. Nice job.

Golden with white head and visible carbonation. Hint of spice. Well balanced, a bit cloying but not much. Decent.
