Bottle 3/8/13 it is DATED! Poured a deep golden color with a covering of white head that held on rather well. Aroma has wheat, banana yeast, spices, clover, and some rye. Mouth feel is medium light and there is plenty of carbonation. Flavor has nice yeast, grains, spices, and bitterness into the finish. Quite a nice drinkable surpriser!
3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Reynolds314 (1543) - Connecticut, USA - MAY 31, 2013
Super drinkable but very plain saison. Some peppery clove type flavors but overall its very watery and lightly fruity without much going on.
4.7 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20 SanfordBrewer (1350) - Sanford, Florida, USA - MAY 28, 2013
Translucent golden straw with a billowing white head. Medium body with high carbonation.
Aroma: classic saison yeast notes like a stone basement full of lychees, apples, pears, mango, and straw. Malt and hop character are pushed into obscurity.
Taste: black pepper and clove yeast phenols dominate up front, followed by a complex mix of pale barley, tart wheat, and a hint of grainy rye.
I’m not generally a fan of saisons, but this is wonderfully fruity, spicy, and grainy -complex and balanced.

Bottle. Cloudy straw colored pour with a medium frothy head. Aroma of sweet malt, barnyard funk, clove and spices. Medium body with a slight sour finish. Lacks the typical dry finish I like in a saison, but very drinkable.
3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 boto (1665) - Granby, Connecticut, USA - MAY 18, 2013
Draught: This one pours a hazy straw yellow color. There was about a finger of a foamy head that lingered awhile and left some good lacing. The nose is good: mainly peppery and some spices (clove?) with some wheat. Also notes of some faint fruits. The taste is pretty good. Fairly typical of decent saison. Wheat, some fruits, grassy, no real sweetness, spices. Definitely worth having another one.

Pours straw yellow with a medium head of white bubbles. Aroma is a bit funky with some spice notes. Flavor is mild with a bit of citrus, pepper and some sweetness. Finish is sweet. Not bad, but nothing really special.

Nice local beer. It's smooth, easy to drink. The low ABV is more in line with traditional saisons.

I can’t recall if this was in a can or 12oz bottle. Clear pale pour with a white head. Crisp and clean with yeast and hay notes.

12oz bottle, received in the group BIF. Pours a hazy, bright yellow color with a white head. Aroma is bubblegum, some banana, some white pepper. Medium on the palate with average carbonation. Flavor is sweet, cereal, a hint of rye bread, some clove, a little fruity, mango maybe, with a light, spicy finish. A decent beer.

12 oz bottle. Hazy pale yellow color, thin white head. Aroma of funky white pepper and lemon. Taste is barnyard, straw, lemon. Not a bad attempt at the style.
