2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle, Coppers, Ncl. Chocolate and roast malt aromas, but the smell is unusual and has metallic/medicinal notes too. Chocolate on the tongue. Bitter taste, smooth enough on the palate. Has some banana notes and reminds of a bit of a German dunkelweiss.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Cask conditioned handpump Grove Leeds 25/09/13. A dark ruby coloured beer with a tight white head. A chocolatey and fairly sweet thin porter. Like a mild really. Flavour doesn’t progress although there’s nothing wrong.
