An epically bad beer. Bland and off-putting aroma on a watery colored beer. The flavor was similar to drinking the water in New Jersey.

Yellow pour with no head or lace. Aroma is light sour malt and paper. Light malt flavor with a perfumy flavor with just a tad of bitter. Light bodied with light carbonation.

On tap at the restaurant. Light pour with a small head. Aroma is light honey and kinda floral. Taste is honey, lots of grain, a little bread, and maybe a little butter.

On tap at the Allen location. The beer pours a basic yellow color with a white head. There is basically no aroma coming from the beer. I guess there might be a little bit of grain aroma, but it is very faint. The flavor is also lacking, but I get some grain notes. Very thin mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Definitely not a beer to seek out.

(draught) clear pale yellow, no head but some bubbles. Nose of grain, mild hops, fruity and sweet. Taste of honey (maybe), light fruits, cracker with a dryish finish that’s crisp.

Golden pour from tap at Two Rows in Allen, TX. Small foamy head, strong smell of honey. Smooth finish. Typical flavored ale, not bad at all, just unspectacular.

On tap in Addison. Pours with no head and a clear yellow body. Aroma is a ton of diacetyl with some sweetness, honey and grain. Taste is, oh my god diacetyl, DMS too, huskiness, honey, corn. Slick buttery mouthfeel and force carbonated.

They make muffins and honey with this beer at the brew pub. YUM. Pours a clear yellow color with a small creamy head. Smells of honey and yeast and tastes of about the same things with the typical nice creamy buttery signature two rows finish. This formula works better for the belgians and less for the dark beers. The brew master seems a bit in experienced.

Tap at brew pub Typical pale lager color with mild wheat and grain aromas. Flavors are sweet grain with a wheatty aftertaste . . . a little too sweet.
