This red ale is brewed with two row. Caramel and Munich malts. A special German yeast strain combined with these malts lend a distinct malty flavor.

On tap at the Allen location. The beer pours a slightly hazy red color with a white head. The aroma is basic red ale with a little bit of grass thrown in. The flavor has a lot of toffee and caramel, as well as some brown sugar and grass. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Not too bad.
