Refreshing pale session bitter, with a zesty bitterness and a lingering citrus finish.

From cask. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild fruity and citrusy hoppy. Bitter, citrusy and light grassy. Bitter and lingering crisp fruity finish.

Sampled @ GBBF day 3. Clear yellow golden color,small white head. Smell and taste malts, lightly hops, a hint of iron, quite bitter. Average body, average carbonation.

Great pale bitter. Had this after another batch of sticky sweet ones, and this cut through them like a knife. Great hops, but perfectly balanced. Being nicely attenuated helped.

UPDATED: NOV 20, 2011 Cask conditioned gravity dispense Northants Beer Festival 2011. A golden beer. A decent aroma with slightly sweet notes and grassy hops. Good fruits in the mouth with biscuity malts. A touch floral too. Very pleasant. Score 3.3

Cask, gravity at Bedford Beer Festival ’10. Gold. Faint malt aroma, yielding a spike of hoppiness early on. Quite a lot of fruity sourness in the taste. Mid bitter finish. Quite pleasant.

Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, lemon, grapefruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20090418]
