Cask, Occasional;
A premium amber bitter, morish with well balanced sweet toffee malt flavours and a crisp, spicy hop finish. Brewed using rare Belgian malts and Czech lager hops.

Cask, gravity, at Bedford Beer Festival ’10. Amber. Malty aroma. Sweet honey malt taste. Mid bitter finish. No complications here. Very nice.

Cask conditioned at The Plough, Holbeach St Johns, Lincs. Amber with white head. Solid malty bitter, quite dry with a good floral hop finish. Some spiciness and a touch herby. Decent stuff.

Cask Stillage at the Victoria Leisure Centre, Nottingham Beer Festival 18/10/2007 Floral and slightly sweet malty aroma. Golden coloured a little fruity and hoppy with some bitterness in a crisp and dry floral finish.
