Cask, Seasonal;
Brewed with English hops throughout giving a mellow bitterness and a subtle fruity aroma with a citrus twist. The malt blend is carefully balanced to give a slight sweetness to the beer. A proper summer session ale.

[cask at the Guldford Arms, Edinburgh] Straw yellow beer with a thin white head, although it lasts all the way. Sweet, yeasty aroma mixed with a touch of bitter hop – on the taste it feels much more balanced. Quite a pleasant golden ale, some dry bitter linger after a grassy hop flavour at the start. Drinkable stuff [02092011]

On cask at Cloisters. Quite yeasty overall. Pours a blonde colour with a thick white head. Aroma of yeast and barley. Similar flavours with some grassy hops. Creamy mouth-feel. Mild bitterness and an Ovaltine linger.
