COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Regular bitter is at 4.1% ABV. With a hop mix that gives the beer a berryfruit character with berry aromas and a balanced bitterness, while the malt blend gives the beer a slight caramel undertone. A smooth and balanced bitter. Enjoy

Cask at Pig’s Ears Richmond, hazy gold with a lacing white head, faintly yeasty nose with a touch of pineapple, palate is hoppy and gently bitter but also yeasty in a not-really-very-good way. (Turns out it was the end of the barrel after all, so don’t take this rate too seriously!)

On cask at Congress, Longton. Pours light golden. Plenty of flavour for such a light beer. Decent blonde.

Nice golden/amber colour beer with creamy head. Delicious refreshing Light beer with a slight dry bitterness yet malty sweetness running through It. Surprisingly well bodied for such a light beer. Had a very fresh pint of this which was great! Could enjoy a few of These!

Cask. Clear gold with a thin stray offwhite head. Smells of light lemon. Tastes of lemon rinds. The malt tastes a little "off" and I can't get comfortable with the ale at all. Meh.

Cask @ CBC Clerkenwell to kick off Bruce’s birthday. The pour’s light gold with a small white head. The nose is dough, light citrus, some golden apple. The taste is honeyed white bread. more dough. White grape fruit and a bit more apple. Soft pale malt. Light, easy to drink. Overall, pretty uncontroversial stuff. Solid work.
