Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin orangey head. The aroma is sweet with a strong note of hops as well as a medium note of caramel. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel and hops, giving it a light note of grapefruit.

Bottled. Amber coloured. unclear. Off white head. Pines, sweetness, herbs and flowers in the aroma. Flavour is quite flowery and herbal. Pines and sweetness is there as well. Quite citric and dry. Medium to full bodied. Medium bitter end. Quite refreshing and drinkable.

Bottle courtesy of tjthresh. Pours hazy copper with a huge creamy and rocky off-white head, completely lasting, excellent lacing. Aroma is average malt (bread, caramel, nutty), average hops (fruit, perfume), light yeast (dough) with notes of grape, honey and brown sugar. Medium bodied, sticky texture, average carbonation and a bitter finish. Long duration, moderate sweetness, heavy acidity and bitterness. Nice roasted malt flavor with a well-balanced hoppiness that refuses to over-power the senses.

UPDATED: AUG 20, 2007 Rating #2900... Bottle... GABF RB Tasting ’06... Hazy, golden ale with orange highlights and a small, tight, white head. Good retention. Fruity, earthy nose with plenty of west coast hops. Lightly sweet flavor up front, then big bitterness and a pinch of salt. Medium to full-bodied and astringent with fizzy carbonation. Lengthy, medium bitter, dry finish. Thanks to 1FastSTi for providing the bottle!

12oz bottle acquired in trade with brewblackhole (thanks!). Poured a deep and clear orange color with an averaged sized off white head. Aromas of pine, citrus, and caramel. Tastes of pine, grapefruit, caramel, and oranges. Nicely bitter with a lighter malt balance.

UPDATED: FEB 22, 2007 Thank you jpm30 for this tasty treat. Poured mahogoney brown with some head. Hop aroma. Its in the drink, like an ESB well malted, very drinkable smooth and satisfying. Not too American IPA bitter nor grapefruit.
