Pour is a almost red with a very large head. Aroma is a nice hop blast with some pine with a huge amount of sugar. Flavor is a bit off the aroma but still tasty with lots of pine and some grapefruit with a nice touch of malts coming in the end. Not the best IIPA but it has its moments and will satisfy your hops crave.

Sampled with sneagrams3, thegreenrooster & Beerdrenched - thanks once again to Beerdrenched for sharing this hop bomb. Pours clear bronze with an impressive rocky tan head. The aroma is mainly simcoe hops - floral, piney and cane sugar. Medium / full body with lots of resin and a bit of carbonation. Taste has lots of resiny piney sweet hops with some caramel malt. The finish has lots of pine and bits of sugar. Excellent IIPA I hope to get more of at some point.

From a 12 oz. twist off stubby bottle with a blurb on the left side of label, no freshness date. Poured a slightly hazy copperish amber with a foamy off-white head that settled into a thin sudsy lacing. Hoppy aromas, evergreen, floral, a soft grapefruity, a little herbal and sweet grainy maltiness that is very much in the background. A friend who I shared a couple of bottles with, told me this smells like freshly picked green marijuana, but I have no idea what he was commenting about. Good, steady carbonation and a crisp, dry, slick, velvety smooth medium-light bodied mouthfeel. Pleasant hop taste, grapefruity with a little tobacco leafiness, hop spicy and a bit flowery, hop are soft in their bitterness, but have a gentle tongue numbing power, a buttery caramel flavor that goes with a nice graininess and a dry hoppy and grainy finish, a sweet hoppiness lingers in the palate. This is my new favorite brew from Tyranena, hoppy, but has a good balance, well worth seeking out and trying.

Thanks to dickinsonbeer for sharing this one... Appears a hazy, light amber with a small white cap that slowly fades out into a tiny cap. Tons of scattered lacing is left all around the glass. Smell is of biscuits, fruit, hoppy resin highlighted with citrus, pine, and oak. Taste is of the earthy, woody hops with plenty of yeast and citrus standing out amongst the flavors. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, sweet, yeasty, bready, bitter, and semi dry with a light fruitiness on the swallow.

12oz bottle shared courtesy of Dickinsonbeer. Poured a deep and clear orange color with a small sized off white head. Aromas of pine, lemon peel, woodsy, caramel, and citrus. Tastes of oranges, caramel, and pine. Had a grapefruit bitter finish. Medium bitter with a medium sweet balance.

Poured a copper color with a small, off white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of tobacco, floral hops, citrus, worty grains, cedar, pine and wood. Taste of citrus, with more pine, caramel malts, and a medium, grapefruit finish. Thanks Paul!

Bottle from Eric (footbalm) Thanks. Pours out a dark red color with a white colored head. Smell is pine, grapefruits, just absolutely dominated with hops. Taste is smooth and refreshing, very easy to drink. The hops blend very nicely with the rest of the beer and that creates a nice balance. Very good, wish I had more of this.

Bottle: Amber color with a small off white head. Aroma of pine and citrus notes, some malts, caramel, toffee. Flavor, piney and malty, well balanced and with enough bitterness to get itís point across on the finish. Really nice beer.

12 oz bottle, via milwcu29. Pours a completely clear orangish copper under a creamy tight bubbled one finger beige head. Nice intricate lacing. Aroma is intensly piney hops with lots of citrusy notes. An almost candy like syrupy malt base of toffee underlies it all. Flavor is surprisingly hoppy without being too bitter up front, though the lingering finish is quite bitter. A strong sweet toffee base shows up mid swallow balancing things nicely. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with a not quite syrupy texture. The carbonation is a little too prickly and fizzy for me though. Pretty well done, and very drinkable. No alcohol to be found. Finished off the whole bottle before I knew it. Good stuff.

12oz bottle courtesy of kramer17801. Thanks, Jason! Medium reddish-amber appearance; white head with good retention and lacing. Strong floral hop aroma: citrus and flowers. Huge, complex mouthfeel: strong floral and piney bitterness, dank, maple syrup malt backbone, hints of grapefruit, good level of carbonation; impressively well-balanced for a double IPA. Long finish (Iím still tasting it half an hour later); alcohol remains hidden throughout. Ridiculously well-done.
