Papsoe (9999), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jun 15, 2008 (Bottle 35,5 cl) Courtesy of Skyview. Pours a slightly hazy golden with an off-white head. Clean and malty nose. Medium body with clean and a little sweet malt before a dry and lightly bitter finish. Not really convincing. A Bock at 4.7% sounds a little odd. 130608 yespr (6259), Copenhagen O, Denmark Jun 14, 2008 12 fl oz bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a lacing white head. Light paint/chemical and spiced aroma. Flavour is mild spiced, light malt flavour and with a light hops note. Ends medium dry. joergen (6257), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jun 19, 2008 Bottle.
Cloudy orange coloured with a small white head.
Aroma of malts, fruits and caramel with notes of yeast.
Fruity flavour of malts, caramel, spices and hops. CaptainCougar (4633), Rockville, Maryland, USA Jun 14, 2005 Pours a clear copper bronze with a thin off-white head. Aroma is dry, grainy, and lightly sweet with a hint of bocky lager yeast character. Body is full, malty and has a pleasant sweetness, well balanced with a noble hoppiness and a dry finish. Could have a little more authentic flavor, but it’s pretty close. Any enjoyable brew. hopdog (4552), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA Dec 28, 2005 12oz bottle. Poured a medium to dark copper color with a large sized off white head. Aromas of bread, light caramel, and I also got a light spiciness to it. Tastes of bread, toffee, caramel, and a very light fruitiness to it. Easy to drink and tasty.
