Hazy amber beer. Neutral palate. Deep rich hops, fairly bitter. Orange marmalade bitterness. Creamy malt underneath. Lingering bitter aftertaste. Decent but was hoping for something more interesting.

Bottle shared by shigadeyo. Poured hazy copper color with an average frothy white head that mostly diminished with fair lacing. Moderate sour citrus Amarilo hoppy aroma. Medium body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Moderate to heavy bitter flavor with a moderate to heavy bitter finish of medium to long duration. Very good brew.

Lubiere (8248) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 23, 2009
A golden IPA with a thin resilient lacing white head. A light c-hops aroma, restrained like it was hidden in the malts. In mouth, a light IPA with light and pleasant hops dancing in your mouth, a bit anemic. Good malt base. Medium bodied. On tap at Jerry’s, Chicago, May 16 2009.

Bottle... Post RBSG ’08 O-Town/Vero Beach Throwdown Chapter 8... Clear amber ale with a small, creamy, white head that retains nicely. Earthy, resinous nose. Full-bodied with a 2%-milk mouthfeel and moderate carbonation. Heavily bitter flavor and bone-dry finish. Thanks go out to TheCheeseMan for popping the top on this one!

Bottle shared by JW77 at Diegos. Orange amber pour. Light head. Aroma is piney, citrus, orange peel, honey and spice. Flavor is quite hoppy, tons of resinous pucker factor here! The orange is noticeable at the end and adds quite an interesting twist. Thanks JW.

CaptainCougar (7093) - Columbia, Maryland, USA - JUN 16, 2008
Pours a transparent deep glowing bronze with a spotty-lacing froth of white head. Aroma of fresh resiny citrusy hops and some orange peel with a decent amount of sweet caramel and honey character. Body starts with good fullness and sweet caramel maltiness balanced with a crisp, citrusy orange hoppy character before a drier bittersweet finish. A pretty good, very fresh tasting IPA.

Pours cloudy orange, with fast disappearing white head. Aroma is hoppy, a little orange, and also somewhat funky. Tad above average mouthfeel. Orange soda aftertate. Easy drinker.
