Extremely yellow, generous head. Typical cascadish aroma with a bit of yeast, but a bit stronger than most pales. Some breadiness in the taste which didn’t go well into the finish as the malts kind of peter out.

Cloudy orange; thin but lively head; aroma is actually kinda bready. Tart, dry. Almost orange-like citrus flavours.

Golden, with slight haze. Restrained cascades and white bread on the nose; mildly leafy palate with light bitterness towards the end. Laid back example.

Pale Ales are not my favourite, but this beer comes close to the classic American Pale Ale formula.

UPDATED: OCT 26, 2005 In short, I love this stuff--it seems to have just the right combination of flavors for my palate. It’s especially good after a long, hot, sweat-inducing stint of outdoor work. It’s one of my ’usuals’...
