Paradigms the righteous, this spirit moves Au yeah. We explored the American landscape to produce a lager with yankee character. It is a style of American hop varietal, variety seeking Amarillo aroma and flavor perfect for our American Pale Ale.

330 ml bottle. Pours a cloudy golden colour with a small white foamy head. Aroma is rather weird with orange, liquor candy and some honey. Flavour of honey, unclean graininess, some plastic, strong astrigent notes, harsh bitterness and wood. Very dry mouthfeel with low carbonation. Unclean and quite bad.

330ml bottle from Kris Wines. Starts off promisingly enough, fresh whisps of citrus, a little peach melba yoghurt lurking in the shadows then a bizarre, sour ’off’ taste starts to creep in and creamy foam patches appear on the top. Something definitely wrong with this batch.

330ml bottle. Barely clear golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Slightly grainy, pale malty aroma, a strawy touch, some grassy hop, chlorophyll. Taste is dry, strawy, grassy hoppy, hints of chlorophyll, some flat hop bitterness. Somewhere between Pale Lager and slightly shabby Pilsener.

Bottle 330ml (AbM)
Clear yellow color, decent steady white head. Woodish hoppyness, hints of fruit and honey. Light to medium bodied. Similar woody, resiny flavor with some honey and fruits. Quite nicely avoids waterness of this ABV beers.

En nariz ligera y floral, lavanda, pan, suave y agradable. En boca amarga, deja la boca astringente, con mucho retrogusto, equilibrada, correcta, ligera, fácil

Bottle at The Ale House, Chelmsford. Pale gold in colour. Fruity aroma, light in hop aroma for what is billed as an American Pale Ale. Light/medium texture. Average carbonation. Not unpleasant, was just expecting much more hop in evidence.

Bright clear gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and dry. Dry pale malt. Only had a few beers from this brewer but a familar apple flavour comes in. Touch of hop bitterness before a very dry finish. Messy.
