(Translated) Tyris is an artisan weizenbier that uses only natural ingredients.
Unpasteurized, unfiltered, without conservatives, and bottle conditioned. The result is an exquisite fresh beer, lightly carbonated and with just a touch of bitterness.
"Exclusives Monsonís" completes a variety of offers with an independent brewer label by uniting Tyris (white beer) and spring beer Meteor (Alsacia).

Liquido refrescante. Sin más.

330 ml bottle. #13176. BB 07/2014. From alesbymail.co.uk.
Hazy light brown colour with a big foamy white head. Yeast, mild bitterness and some maltiness in the aroma. The flavour is mild bitterness, yeast, paint and more yeast. Not that tasty.

On tap at deli_rant, Valencia. Pours a slightly cloudy gold with a white head. Not much in the way of aroma - a hint of lemon. Thin and light bodied with medium carbonation. It’s crisp and somewhat refreshing, but its also watery, and aside from a vague hint of wheatiness and lemon, doesn’t taste of much.

Interesante. Curiosa y rica. A repetir
