(Translated) Tyris is an artisan weizenbier that uses only natural ingredients.
Unpasteurized, unfiltered, without conservatives, and bottle conditioned. The result is an exquisite fresh beer, lightly carbonated and with just a touch of bitterness.
"Exclusives Monsonís" completes a variety of offers with an independent brewer label by uniting Tyris (white beer) and spring beer Meteor (Alsacia).

Golden color, small white head. Sweet maltyness and white pepper in the weakish nose. Light bodied. Sweetish, a bit fruity flavor with light peppery finish. Light banana notes. Even a bit macro feeling here.

Trübes hellbräunliches Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch minimal hefig, leicht fruchtig. Geschmack getreidig, angenehm fruchtig. Leicht bitterer Abgang.

330ml bottle. Cloudy pale golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Wet strawy aroma, a grainy touch. Taste is wet strawy, more medicinal than hoppy bitter. Neither really wheaty nor yeasty, doesn’t hit the style.

Light haze on this gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and dry with a little fine carbonation. Light dry pale malt. Whisper of something citric. Touch of herb. Dry finish. Dry and pretty bland.

330 ml. bottle. Pours a golden colour with a good head that does not hold but leaves a good lace. Smell of tropical fruits, apples and hints of coriander. Thin and soft palate, refreshing. Taste of citrus and tropical fruit. Dirnkable and refreshing,b ut nothing special here, and not much to do with a german or a belgian wheat beer.

330ml bottle, lote 12170, from El Corte Ingles Palma. Clear, yellow-gold body. Hazy last pour. Low white head, spotty lacing. Wheat fruity aromas mixed with mid-sweet malts. Lemon fruity tartness in the flavour character joined by hints of caramel malts and coriander far behind. Bittersweet ending. Soft, clean and partially refreshing. Not a typical German weizen, but quite alright to drink in the sun (Port de Soller, hotel room 11.07.2013).

Botella 33cl comprada en el corte inglés. Es de buena apariencia pero esta cerveza de trigo no dice nada interesante. Un aprobado raspado ya que nada en ella destaca. Eso sí, es muy refrescante.

Bottle from Cotre Ingles. Neutral nose. Cloudy pale yellow, no head. Light yeast fruityness, very light hop balance, grassy and orangepeel . Light body, mellow mouthfeel. Could easily be more exiting.
