"Drinkers of this brand are fond of its delicate hop aroma, golden color and thick, white head. The aroma, being the assurance of excellent taste, is beyond the reach of most Polish beers." 11.7P

Has a small, bubbly, soon vanishing head, with a bright, strawy, sun-yellow color. The aromas reveal biscuity malts together with hay and a note of wet grass. Tastes of bready malts, leading to an almost sweet foundation, joined by a dryness, getting guided to the palate by a metallic, very lively carbonation. The hops head into a grassy direction, providing a decent amount of bitterness, and are almost to overcome the malts, due to the slightly tongue numbing carbonation, but during the finish a toffee note adds to the malty sweetness. Overall the carbonation is a bit too high, as well as the malt sweetness turns out to be too one-dimensional at the end.

From the Germany trip 2010: A decent pale lager. Very good on tap all around Poland. Had it a lot.

Ligero aroma a malta y amargor discreto.

Imagine a glass with 70% miller lite, and 30% skunked up heineken. There, you have Tyskie.
