1.8 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Slightly copper gold with no head. The aroma is caramelized sugar, lager yeast, and a touch of grass. Sweet flavor with a bit of caramel. Gets crisper and more balanced near the end, but then the sweetness comes back in the aftertaste. Light and fizzy palate. A step up from BMC but not very good.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
500ml bottle from the LCBO. Pours a clear golden yellow with a foamy white, one finger head. Aroma has notes of caramel, bread, and some mild hops to round it out. Taste is a mild bitter but balanced. Hints of caramel, grain, a bit of hops, and not much else. Medium body and carbonation. Crisp and clean in the mouth with a short aftertaste. Overall not bad. Pretty average but refreshing.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Another interesting Pilsener, in my opinion. Far from the fartsty sweetness of ordinary pale lagers, this beer holds a good amount of Saaz aroma and flavour. The appearance is not too kosher, with a greenish tinge in that gold. But nice crisp, metallic flavour, great thirstquencher.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 8/20
Aroma: Sweet grain, very light musty
Appearance: Clear light gold body. Spare white head.
Flavour: Medium bitterness, light sweetness. Medium-light hop flavours. Lingering bitterness. Dry finish.
Palate: Medium-light body, active carbonation. crisp
Overall: Too sweet an aroma for my liking, but the beer itself is crisp and refreshing. A summer beer, but not a lawnmower beer due to the alcohol.
500 ml bottle, poured. Thanks Andre!
