As "Weissbier 13 degrees"
Cloudy copper color, dense off-white head. Sweet, cloves, malty taste. Medium mouthfeel, low bitterness. Fruity and malty sweet scent.

Draught. Hazy orange colour, big creamy white head. Aroma is malts, yeast, some caramel and bread. Flavour is quite much the same along with some mild fruityness and herbal notes.

In short: A below average Hefe. A bit too spicy and dusty.
How: Tap at brewpub (Pivovar u Bulovky Richter, Prague)
The look: Very Cloudy dark golden body with a short-lived off-white head
In long: Typical banana and coriander on the nose. Taste is too spicy for me, almost bothersome (nutmeg, cinnamon, etc.). Rather dry with a dusty/dirt feeling. They were quite thorough with gravity measurement (12.8°), I only wish they would have done the same with the spices.

My Bottom Line:
Springing cloves and cinnamon meet bananas and earthy yeast in this tart and sweet Weizen.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A foam throne slowly crumbles into the cloudy amber gold.
-That spiciness is so outgoing in the nose, it has to have been added and not yeast-bred. I even get pumpkin seeds.
-Effervescence is quite frothy, like most of their beers that evening.
-A peachy fruitiness latches on to the caramel passages.
-The yeast a lot of presence in the flavor profile, yet does not get bothersome.

Hazy straw golden huge creamy white head; Special nose with lots of aroma, sweet plain yogurt, soft sweet cherry aromas; Soft carbonation (not big enough), soft texture, bitter and a little acidy; Long very malty finish, malty bitter and lots of malty aromas, slightly acidy.
