3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
4th Oct 2014, drank up in the brewery on a special visit where we got to taste the ’wort’ as well as trying three of their regular brews and eating a Goulash meal.
Came a hazy amber with a full white head. Aromas of hops, fresh bread and light malts. Taste was a blend of the aforementioned aromas and obviously fresh as were in the room where it was brewed. Bitter finish but otherwise a well balanced brew and most enjoyable.

Lacks any defining aroma, opaque golden straw color. Taste I less malt and more hop forward.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Výčap U Medvídku. Farba zlatá. Pena pekná biela. Vôňa sladová, chmeľová a kvasnicová. V chuti prázdne telo, kvasnicova vôňa aj chuť. Jemne cítiť ovocie, oriešky. Trošku mu chýba rezkosť a bolo by skvelé.

3.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
330 ml swingtop bottle courtesy of Jamedra, Thanks. Pours a hazy orange color with a medium white head that has fair retention. The aroma is soft with grains and spicy hops . The taste has a fruity component featuring persimmons as well as a bit of toffee and very spicy saaz hops on the back end. The palate is full and silky smooth with lively carbonaiton. Finishes long and dry with lingering hops. Overall: A wonderful pils.
