Tap. Pours light hazy honey amber with huge creamy head. Aroma is roasted malt and hops with notes of caramel, milk, lemon, milk chocolate and hazelnuts. Taste is medium sweet, light to medium bitter and light to medium acidic. Body is round and milky with light fizzy carbonation. Finish is long and syrupy with notes of lemon, caramel, toffee, nuts and hints of sweet licorice. Very nice!

On tap at the brewpub. Dark amber with a firm and lasting white head. Malty aroma with bready character, a touch of hay and a hint of diacetyl. Sweet malty flavour with grassy and herbal hops and a mild bitter finish

On tap @U Tří Růží. Nice zatec aromas. Pours clear, golden to amber colour. Malty taste, some sweetness. Medium body, average carbonation, oily texture. Sweet aftertaste.

on tap at the brewery with mowbeer, passinng time before prague alefest. a fair old attempt at a maerzen, if perhaps showing signs of being consumed a fair while after oktoberfest. clear amber with plenty of carbonation; aroma of green peppercorns with plenty of diacetyl; plenty of strawberry and rhubarb jam sweetness, buttered toast then a modestly bitter finish. better than that may sound

Keg at the Brewpub. Gold and fizzy with a white head. Some nice yeasty herbal edges to it. Floral hops. A bit of butterscotch. Pretty nice.

(draught) pours a clear deep golden-amber colour with a frothy off-white head. aroma of herbal hops, light cardboard, caramel, wheat and butter. flavour is buttered popcorn, slightly wheaty, with a hint of floral hops and the idiosyncratic tart gooseberry finish. medium-bodied with lively carbonation.

Tap at the brewery restaurant. Lightly hazy golden-honey colour, huge creamy head. Aroma light hops, citrus fruits, caramel. Taste light hoppy bitter, orange, grassy, good. High drinkability, light bitter finish.
