Jun 22, 2008 Bottle. Dry lemon/orange/coriander aroma. Golden yelllow color with no head. Orange/lemon, coriander flavor - initially very dry then a burst of sweetness with a dry finish. Very nice - an excellent wit.

Jul 28, 2007 bottle. Dark yellow colour, cloudy, persistent head. Yeasty, malty and fruity (lemon, orange zest). Neither too sour nor too sweet - perfectly balanced witbier.

Some orange aroma. Yellow to orange color, no head. Quite hazy, very much yeast in it. Orange and lemon flavor, some spice notes, yeast notes. Quite light bodied. Too light for me, maybe it was better some years ago....
