Light yellow colored, little white head. Aroma is nice and rich with fruits and sweet malts, still not very complex one. Medium bodied. Flavor is somehow unclean with some cardboard and same fruitiness than in aroma. Nothing spezial.

Sampled in Switzerland in 2001. A very nice brew with a dark golden pour and a thick head. A very nice brew, one of the best I had while i was there.Palate was nice.

33cl. Pours a bright golden colour. Wonderful flowery aromas. Reminds me of hazelnuts. Very pleasant mouthfeel, very creamy. Light bodied. Flavours of hazelnuts. Quite toasty. Long lasting, very pleasant finish. A great swiss beer, which I highly recommend you to taste!

smells malty,some sweet flower-like(or even honey-like) smell behind,hops
middle carbonated,in a very smooth way
hops and something slightly sweet/flower-like(in a positive way)
not sweet in a negative way,but as an interesting note in the beer

33cl Basle, Switzerland. Long lasting head out of the bottle, lasted most of the glass. Golden colour, good carbonation and bitterness.

bottled; brewed by Lässer, recipe from Fischerstube (Basel) - clear bright golden colour with a firm, fine and persistent head, the nose shows a biscuity maltiness with some aromatic hops in the background, very creamy mouthfeel, some sweetness before a decent bitterness, the malt body shows a good presence just before a long biscuity, hazelnutty finish
