Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, butter. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, malty, buttery, grass notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111110]

Draft at 4.8% ABV. A light golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of malt, grain, and eggs. The flavor is sweet with with notes of grain, straw, malt, and herbs, leading to a dry finish.

draught at Lällekönig Basel with Allen. Hazy pale golden colour, mid-sized white head. Lovely hoppy nose. Solid malty base with hints of grain and honey. Resiny-grassy hops in the lingering finish. Delicious.
