Pawola22 (3262) - Woodridge, Illinois, USA - MAY 28, 2013
On tap at the brewpub. Pours a cloudy golden yellow colored body with an inch thick, frothy, off-white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a moderate lacing. Aroma is grainy, lightly sweetened pils malts with a good amount of DMS, some apple fruits, and touches of grass. Flavor is similar. Grainy pils malts with a touch of sweetness and a good amount of DMS and acetaldehyde with just a slight grass. Finishes fairly dry and very lightly bitter with a short aftertaste. Light body and a moderate carbonation. Overall, not a very good beer. Thin and off flavored with too much acetaldehyde and DMS.
