Alkohol: 4,7 %

Saaz like aroma with toast background. Harsh bitterness much like Schumacher original with resiny flavor. Flavor is more of a light malt with toast and caramel tones. Not Malty rich. Dry hoppy finish.

From the Bottle. Pours amber with thick white head. High carbonation. Aroma is rosted malt and a milky thing Kind of old Milk but in a pleasent way. Some grassy hops is also noticeable. Taste is bitter with a typical earthy taste of altbier. Hops and grass. Some remaining sweetness. Long lasting bitter finish. Classic must have drunk altbier!
