Bottle. Pours dark opaque brown with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, plum and licorice. Taste is balanced sweet and bitter and body is oily and creamy. Finish is long and has hints of apple, licorice and caramel.

Bottle. Very dark brown with tiny diminishing beige head. Aroma is malt, yeast fruit and caramel. Flavour is malt, yeast, dark fruits, caramel, medium sweet, hops, little liquorice and a little bitter.

Bottle. Hazy brown body with a medium beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, caramel and yeasty notes. Flavor is roasted malt, chocolate and ripe fruits. Ends sweet.

Colur of red/copper with a beige top. Aroma is caramel. Flavour is caramel and sweet fruit. Good CO2.

Bottle. Redbrown with pale brown head, a little cloudy. Aroma sweet malts, some roasted matls and licorice. Taste sweet, malty, licorice and some roasted bitterness in the finish. A good beer.

12-JUN-2010, bottle @home. My first Ugelris, and a nice meeting:) It pours out of the bottle upon opening. Nice brown/orange color with beige head. Nose is fruity and yeasty with a slight bitter alcoholic touch. Very nice dubbel-like taste with a fine creaminess and medium carbonation. Very fine effort from this brewery.

Pours copper with a beige head. Aroma is caramel and fruity. Flavour is caramel, brown sugar, alcohol and fruity notes.

Bottle, 50cl. Pours a clear, dark amber beer with a beige/orange head. The aroma is malt, caramel, alcohol, dark sugar, yeast and fruit. The flavor is caramel, dark sugar and fruit. The palate is sweet. Overall an average beer.
