Brown colour with a medium white head. Aroma is caramel with fruits and spices. Dry and spicy taste with some caramel and herbs. Medium palate.

Bottle. Pours red-brown with small white non-lasting head. Aroma is yeast (yoghurt and dough) but also butterscotch. Taste is medium sweet and bitter. Body light oily.

Bottle, at Esbjerg Beerfestival-09.Pours amber with an off-white head.Aroma is spicy with some candy, yeast and coriander.Flavor is sweet with some coriander and spice.Medium body, average carbonation.

25-DEC-2010, bottle. Cloudy orange. Very creamy and long. I guess in part due to the high ABV. Really good X-mas brew. Mostly because it is just so balanced. Spices not overpowering the brew. Fine effort.

2010 bottle, "normal" version cloudy red orange, smooth offwhite head. mild red fruity aroma, mild caramelly, marcipan, mildly spiced. overall aroma sensation is almonds, dark and red fruits, faint spices. nice. flavor is spicy, quite fruity, flowery, very low on hoppy bitterness. Flavor is a bit boring for a christmas beer, too flowery fruity candy like. Tastes like those dark red sweets (i think they’re called kongen af danmark’s bolcher).
