330ml bottle at the Indslev Bryggeri. The ale poured a clear Amber color with a white frothy head and lacing. This was tasted the brewery after a complete tour and meeting most of the staff. Very nicely crafted with a peachy-grapefruit aroma. The taste was complex with two hops competing for dominance. The ale has a medium body with soft carbonation. This a beer to seek out.

Idiosynkrasie (6061) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - MAR 8, 2016
330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, copper-ish, dark amber colour with average, thick, creamy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Citrusy, hoppy aroma, notes of lemon, lemon tea, lemongrass, a touch of balm, caramel malty background with a minimally grainy touch. Taste is minimally sweet caramel malty with a minimally bready and grainy touch, citrusy hoppy overtones with notes of lemon, mandarine, lemon tea. Not as clean and engineered as many US IPAs - relicts of naturality due to grainy and herbal rebound. Not bad.
