English: It’s a beer that’s been thought about for quite some time – actually since the brewers first visit to Sherbrooke Liquor in Edmonton, AB, Canada a few years back, and finally I did it – I manned up and did it! After a whole freaking day of brewing coffee for this beer I can truly say it is Craft. If not devoted to the product who in their right mind would brew hundreds of litres of coffee for a beer? The result is a big and bold smooth Porter with discrete vanilla and coffee notes.
Hops: Magnum, Nelson Sauvin Malts: Pilsner, Caramel, Rye, Oats, Chocolate, Black, Vanilla and coffee.

I really love vanilla. I really do. This one has a lot of it. And that is really good. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap at Ølbaren, Copenhagen. Black with a ring of tan head. Mostly coffee on the nose. Taste is roasted malt moving into a vanilla sweetnesss, followed by a truckload of coffee. Bit of liquorice too. Slightly oily mouthfeel. I’m not always a fan of coffee in beer and I found the coffee too harsh at first, but I did start to enjoy it towards the end.

This looks bit like irish coffee which is not bad. Eben black with creamy dessert foam on top leaving good lacing. Aroma is bittersweet with good roasted malt, roasted marinated fruits, licorice and bit seasalt. Smells good! Medium body, light feel, soft carbonation, lots of good quality coffee roasted just right to my taste, long finish, bit fruits here also. Nuanced and tasty. Really nice coffee flavor. One to savour in peace, enjoying all nuances. If you don’t like coffee you propably won’t enjoy this either but if you do..this will be be your date of choice.
