English: It’s a beer that’s been thought about for quite some time – actually since the brewers first visit to Sherbrooke Liquor in Edmonton, AB, Canada a few years back, and finally I did it – I manned up and did it! After a whole freaking day of brewing coffee for this beer I can truly say it is Craft. If not devoted to the product who in their right mind would brew hundreds of litres of coffee for a beer? The result is a big and bold smooth Porter with discrete vanilla and coffee notes.
Hops: Magnum, Nelson Sauvin Malts: Pilsner, Caramel, Rye, Oats, Chocolate, Black, Vanilla and coffee.

Good and strong one shared with McTapps. Thick and dark with big vanilla in the aroma accompanied by barley, malt and coffee. Hits you hard with its big abv but develops a pleasing feeling.

Bottle from a trade with Bamsen78 - thank you a lot,Marcin! The beer pours out in a deep black colour with low smooth head and smooth body. Aroma of malt, roast and a touch of vanilla. Taste of light Bourbon vanilla, malt, roasted barley, flowers, coffee and torf. Floral-mild finish. Enjoyed it.

Pours pitch black with a medium light brown head. Aroma heavily dominated by roasted coffee and sweet, dark fruits, some chocolate, caramel and some vanilla. Taste is very roast-dominated with a good but faint, sweet (and bittersweet) vanilla-aftertaste. Quite a good porter - would’ve liked some more vanilla.

Pours black with a finger of light brown head. The aroma has a very prominent coffee tone, like a quality espresso with a high amount of robusto beans. Add to that a heavily roasted, almost smoky maltiness, licorice and dark chocolate. I can barely detect a feint vanilla hint which I never would have got unless I knew it was there. Lighter on the palate then expected but with a creamy texture. Roasted tones to the fore and a massive bitterness (on par with a fresh double IPA) which stays on the palate for a long time. Not a great balance, but a cool brew.
