English: It’s a beer that’s been thought about for quite some time – actually since the brewers first visit to Sherbrooke Liquor in Edmonton, AB, Canada a few years back, and finally I did it – I manned up and did it! After a whole freaking day of brewing coffee for this beer I can truly say it is Craft. If not devoted to the product who in their right mind would brew hundreds of litres of coffee for a beer? The result is a big and bold smooth Porter with discrete vanilla and coffee notes.
Hops: Magnum, Nelson Sauvin Malts: Pilsner, Caramel, Rye, Oats, Chocolate, Black, Vanilla and coffee.

Dark Chocolate, coffee, caramel and vanilla meets you in the aroma. It’s all black with a large creamy head. It’s smoth and a bit creamy with taste of dark chocolate and coffee. I take a bow for Ugly Duck.

Black with a light brown to beige head. Aroma is roasted coffee, but round/mild. Smooth roasted coffee taste, not too heavy on the bitterness. Smoothed with vanilla flavour. Close to perfectly balanced.

Bottle, bought @ LIVA, Kolding.
Pours deep black with a small, creamy, beige head. Aroma is sweet, good coffee, fine vanilla, roasted, nuts, dark chocolate and a hint of mint. Medium carbonation, fine creamy and light dry mouthfeel. Flavour is very lovely, deep dark chocolate, coffee, roasted malts. Soft citric notes. Finish has lots of very sweet vanilla and elegant bitterness. Very very good.

Bottle. Black with a tan head. Aroma: Chocolate, pretty fruity, sweet, coffee not noticeable. Taste: Chocolate, coffee, licorice and roasty. The taste is way more bitter than the aroma. The palate is pretty smooth. I don’t get any notes of alcohol. It’s extremely drinkable for it’s strength. Great beer and pretty affordable. I imagine it would go well with desserts..

Smak och doft av mycket kaffe, choklad med toner av vanilj, nötter, karamell och en aning rök. Välbalanserad med tydlig bitterchoklad beska. Riktigt gott och blir säkert ännu bättre av något års lagring.
