COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Draught@CPHBF2013 & bottle from Fish&Beer, Amager, Cph - Fuzzy orange colour with persistent off-white head. In your face fruity citrus hops jump out in both aroma and taste. Tropical citrus mix of mango, grapefruit, pineapple dance across the palate, tempered with a sweet malt base, and with a great bitter finish. This is one gorgeous beer.

21-MAY-2013, draft @Fermentoren, Papsø 25k celebration. Hazy orange with lasting off-white head. Very fruity hoppy IPA. The grape fruit and pine is there but the dominant part is a fruit juice with exotic fruits like mango. Fantastic fruityness. Very creamy with soft carbonation. Could actually be more bitter to make it fresher but it is just so tasty.

On tap at Copenhagen Beer Festival 2013. Golden colour, slightly hazy, moderate white head. Intense and lovely aroma of tropical fruits, esp. mango and pineapple. The flavour is medium dry (or medium sweet, if you like) and well hopped throughout, notes of grapefruit, lemongrass and dill. Resinous and bitter finish.
