50 cl bottle @ home. Pours dark brown with a little sediment and an off-white head that leaves some lacing. Aroma is roasted malt, coffee, and a hint of hops. Flavour is roasted malt, rye, and coffee.

21/07 RBESG Grand Tasting, 0.5 l bottle. It poured pitch black body with small brownish head. Coffee, slightly caramel aroma with catchy herbal notes. Roasted malt dominates its flavor as well, nicely rounded with milky smoothness and decent, but very subtle hop bitterness. Medium bodied, quite carbonated, with sweet and slightly sour finish. Pleasant enough, alcohol was hidden very well.

Bottle. Dark brown body with a medium offwhite head. Aroma is roasted malt, toffee, chocolate. Flavor is toast, malt, toffee, chocolae, rye.

RBESG ’12, Bratislava. Grand Tasting at Richtar Jakub. 50cl Bottle. Black colour, light beige head. Aroma of hard roasted malts, some cream, ash. Flavour is light sour roasted malts, milky, creamy, brown malts, light coffee, bitter and light ashy finish. Light to medium-bodied.

Bottle @ RBESG Grand Tasting 2012. Deep brown/black appearance with a light brown head. Roasty, dark toasty malty, caramel, cracker aroma. A bit chewy, toasty, malty, earthy, lightly burnt flavor. A bit sweet but not much rye.

Dark brown and a creamy beige head. Mellow rounded off smell, but rich enough. Nutty, cream, milk chocolate, sweet rye bread. Rye bread taste as well. Medium bitter with dark sweet notes. Rounded off still. Strangely a sharp end. Not as good ad expected.

Bottle, RBESG 2012 grand tasting. Dark brown colour, almost black. Brown head. Aroma earth, peat, hops. Roasty. Taste medium to heavy bitter, smoke, peat, light to medium tart, light sweet. Finish hops, peat, bitter and tart. Coffee.

RBESG Grand Tasting. Pitch dark brown body. Soft, damn fresh herbal aroma hops in the nose. Soft strawberry notes ?on a sticky body?, light coffee, ending dry. Nicely creamy? and likable. I love writing down these notes that contradict themselves.

RBESG Grand tasting. Almost black color with medium beige head. Roasted malt in aroma together with caramel and chocolate. Taste,roasted malt, chocolate,licorice. Light bitter finish. Good.
