50cl bottle. Hazy orange color with a small white head. Malty aroma with citrus and caramel. Flavor is some sweetness, malt, caramel, citrus with some herbal notes. Medium body, slightly bitter finish.

500ml bottle @ Opus K, Lohja. Pours amber with an off-white head. Lots of sweet malt, even sugar in the aroma. Also grass, grapefruit and pine. The flavour is quite bitter with grass, grapefruit, pine, butterscotch and malt. Oily palate, medium carbonation and fruity, malty, bitter finish.

Chopp. Hazy deep golden-orange colour with a nice white head. Aroma is fresh and fruity hoppy with caramel malt and caramel. Good mouthfeel. Flavour is pleasantly fresh and fruity hoppy, herbal like too, malty, sweet like, medium bitterness. Pleasant indeed.

Bottled. Amber coloured. Murky. Small beige head. Aroma of citrus, light herbs, Spice and coconut. Flavour of coconut, herbs, citrus, light flowers, light sweetness. Medium bodied. Ends on a herbal and citric bitterness.

Color is hazy golden with nice high head. Aroma is malts, citrus and some pine. Flavor is bitter. Some hops and pine. Soapy palate. Decent.

Bottle. Golden, cloudy, average and fully diminishing head. Moderate, malty and lightly sweetish aroma, some caramel and fruitiness, citrus - herbal (parsley, dill) hoppyness. Body is medium, malty and dryish flavor, faint caramel, citrus - herbal hoppyness and caramel. Finish is average, malty and dry, lots of sharp herbal hoppyness. Well hopped but in the finish parsley/dill hoppyness gets bit soapy. Not very succesfull Sorachi Ace experiment.

Pours hazy copper with a nice small head. Aroma hops, flowery aromas. Weir strong citrusy sweet flowery after taste. Medium palate.

cloudy yellow, smooth white head. Citrussy us hoppy aroma. Quite hoppy fresh pine and citrus aroma. Tasty , dry.

Clear pale peach, tiny keggy head. Weird sweet Sorachi Ace coconut milk aroma. Like many of the others using this hop. Taste has even more of it. Creamy, some orange and zest. There is a touch of gone off vegetables according to Jarkko. Another sorachi ace beer aimed at magnifying the weirdness of the hop, and not bringing out its best, tasty features. Not a disaster by any means, but if you want the merits of the hop, grab Stadin Panimo’s instead.

Dark golden and hazy. White head. Aroma of citrus, malt and soap (which is a bit of a turn off). Flavour is bitter, a bit soapy and wooden. Soapyness is a bit of a weakness.
