draft at Monk’s in Stockholm. hazed gold body. starchy dried leaf and vegetables nose with a small touch of butter. sugar snap peas and butter develop. has creamy and fine carbonation, medium body and medium dryness.

(Bottle, 0.5 l, at Pikkulintu, 20120525) The beer poured ambed and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had malts, metallicness and grass. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, butter, grass and bitterness. Aftertaste was bitter. A confusing beer. A pale ale having Czech lager characteristics. Not my favourite.

Pale amber. Rich hop aroma, this gives bitterness as well as a strong feling of rotting vegetables. Bordering on funky, ends up with lots of tannin. Noe very suitable as a single hop.

Hazy orange color, small steady white head. Typical Sorachi-aroma: blackcurrant leaves, dill, citrus and nettles. Also some buttery notes. Light-bodied. Quite bitter flavor. Citrus and grapefruit, birch leaves, dill. Some sugary notes. Long lingering aftertaste. Sorachi Ace is not one of my favourites.

(Draught at Monk’s Porterhouse, Stockholm, 18 May 2012) Golden amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, apricots, grass and floral hops. Malty, fruity taste with notes of citrus, grass, caramel, a touch of dill and fresh floral hops in a fairly dry finish. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty, refreshing and nice.

Draft. An unclear golden beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of Sorachi hops, caramel, and malt, leading to a dry and bitter finish.

Cloudy amber coloured with a small white head.
Fruity aroma of caramel, hops and rgass.
Fruity flavour of vanilla, citrus, grass and hops.
Hoppy finish.

Draught @ Ølfestival København 2012. Very typical sorachi nose and taste. Dry, crayfish broth with lots of dill, nettles, rusty nails, herbs. I guess you love or hate it. I can´t really deside.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is crisp grassy and herbal hoppy. Dry, hoppy and herbal. Solid bitter and dry. Grassy and herbal finish.

Taste almost bubblegum-like.
Very APA-ish with thin body. Dry and fresh. OK.
