2.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Draft at DØE meeting: Almost no head, nose is spicy with fresh green "broken flowers", unripe peppers. Medium body and a little short.Taste is somewhat thin and to astringent. Tastes like a pilsner with to much hops lacking backbone. Fine nose though.

Tap @ Fairbar. Pours hazy orange golden with a white head, leaving nice lacings. Aroma of malt, very hoppy, dild, vegetables, grassy. Taste is malt, herbal hops, vegetables, grassy, and lots of dild. Medium body, soft carbonation strange bitter finish. To much dild taste from the hops for my liking. 310312

UPDATED: APR 7, 2012 At DØE Fynsk Ølsmagning. Golden with a big white head. Distinct Sorachi Ace aroma, of grapefruit, dill and sage - love it or hate it. Flavour is clean hoppy, but with a somewhat unpleasant, rough bitterness

240312: Insanely bitter beer that unfortunately do not have much else to offer than bitterness. It absolutely missing the bubblegum flavor that can be found in the Sorachi ace hop. A little too thin, too bitter, unbalanced. But exciting to taste.
