English. Sorachi Ace was developed for the Japanese Sapporo Breweries in the late eighties. It has a very citrussy and lemony scent and taste. When used in large quantities it may resemble dill. Truly a unique hop that resembles nothing you’ve had before. Anyways, here you have a pale ale brewed on pale malts, a slight addition of caramel malts and oats for the smoothness. Massively hopped of course. Hops: Sorachi Ace Malts: Pilsner, Caramel
