courtesy of Ulrich Bösiger - cloudy dark orange beer with a poor foam left; charming aroma of citrus and honey with some notes of yeast; a good malt backbone and a lively tasty palate; some tart acidity in top of a fair carbonation; some sweetness below; long residual sugars - shows a nice balance and is very drinkable
