Pivo Perun je vařeno s použitím metody tzv. studeného chmeleni, kdy je chmel přidavan nejen na varně, ale navíc i za studena v průběhu dalšího výrobního postupu. Pivo tim získává jedinečnou chmelovou vůni a intenzivní lahodnou hořkost.

Beer has white, small head and clear, golden colour. Sweet malty aroma with some herbs from hops. Perun is rather dry, light bodied with average carbonation and medium bitterness.

4. Oct. 2013 A 0.5 l bottle that poured golden body with medium sized head. Decent aroma of herbal hops and strong grainy notes. Fine biscuit flavor, interestingly it was not so harsh, fine herbal bitterness balance it out and even dominates. Medium bodied with long lightly bitter herbal and lemony finish, but this biscuit comes as a bonus at the very end. A decent pils for 10°.

Bottle 0.5 L. Color: clear golden with medium white head. Aroma: intense malty, fresh notes. Taste: malty base , delicate bitter finish, really pleasant ending, light bodied, soft carbonation. Very drinkable, refreshing , one of the best choices for everyday drinking. An exceptional price/quality ratio.

Aroma is very yeasty but doesn’t lack hops either. Taste is bread-like, genuine but not quite unique beer. Good casual beer for long term sessions.

Láhev 500 ml. Aroma je znát po kvásku a chmelu. Pěna je jasně bílá, jemná, středně vysoká a nedržící. Barva samotného piva je zlatá. Chuť piva má střední říz, výrazný sladový střed, lehce nakyslé okraje a finiš který nastupuje pomalu, je příjemně jemně hořký se slabým cereálním nádechem a držící. Vcelku se jedná o příjemné, dobře pitelné pivo lteré nezklame.

Heavy’s. Nice golden body with a medium sized white head. Fresh aroma, herbs mixing with honey, grain & dust, very light dogfood. Humm, more complex than I figured it woudl be. The taste struck with bitter Saaz (I guess) up front, simple light graininess, very light lemon, dry, not bad at all for a 10°.
