COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Pivo Perun je vařeno s použitím metody tzv. studeného chmeleni, kdy je chmel přidavan nejen na varně, ale navíc i za studena v průběhu dalšího výrobního postupu. Pivo tim získává jedinečnou chmelovou vůni a intenzivní lahodnou hořkost.

Heavy’s. Nice golden body with a medium sized white head. Fresh aroma, herbs mixing with honey, grain & dust, very light dogfood. Humm, more complex than I figured it woudl be. The taste struck with bitter Saaz (I guess) up front, simple light graininess, very light lemon, dry, not bad at all for a 10°.

Bottle 500 ml at home, into a big Guinness glass. ABV 4.3% Deep golden yellow colour on the body, tall and thick white head siting on top. Crystal clear body of course, with good activity in it. The foam has good retention and it leaves light lacing around the glass. Aroma of sweet toasted malts and light toffee. The taste follows the aroma, very sweet, malty, light toffee, bread. On the aftertaste a mild bitterness with a satisfying duration. Medium thin body, carbonation is okay, towards the lower side. Overall an okay pilsner.
