COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Anglers Pale Ale is the quintessential Northwest American Style Pale Ale. Copper in color with distinctive hoppy notes and malty influences, Anglers Pale Ale is well balanced and refreshing. To drink Anglers Pale Ale is to toast those who cast the line and understand the lure of the chase. Anglers Pale Ale is a celebration of all great story tellers, whether the tales spun are of fishing or not, and to those who seek places of beauty and solitude. It’s about the day’s catch as well as the journey. Carpe Diem!

12oz bottle. Pours a slightly hazy light copper color with a fluffy whitish head and some lacing. Aroma is of bready carmel malts with some hints of fruit and light hops. Taste is well balanced, with grapefruit hop bitterness accented with some pine, that mingles nicely with a malt base. Caramel and a hint of fruity orange, with a lot of fresh breadiness. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with moderately high carbonation.

Bready malt and hops in the aroma. Flavor was surprising--started malty and sweet with a little sourness in the finish and almost no bitterness. Didn’t like it at first but it grew on me--I’ll try this again.

Pours a cloudy amber with a small short lived head. Aroma and Taste of sweet biscuit malt, some yeast and breadiness with some light hops and fruity notes. A medium body and moderate carbonation on the palate. Finish has a distinct sweet malt, yeasty character with some light hops and fruity notes. Overall an average easy drinking brew.

Bottle, sample. Pale amber with an off-white head. Caramel and citrus is what I get here. Meidum-bodied. It was kind of unfair to sample this at a beer festival after several heavy barley wines and imperial stouts. I’m sure it would be nice with a burger.

Bottle. Amber colored when poured with a small off-white head. Very minor lacing on glass. A good American Pale Ale flavor. Has some grapefruit and orange zest to the flavor and some caramel in there as well adding a sweet taste to it. The bite at the end isn’t as bitter or sharp as I’d like, but it’s a smooth beer overall. Very solid effort from a Uinta brewed beer. 5.8% alcohol.

Bottle at Allt om Öl Festivalen in Eskilstuna. Slightly cloudy golden liquid with a small white head. A lightly malted and hoppy beer. An easy to drink summer beer.

From a bottle poured an amber color with a good amount of head. Nice hoppy flavor with a quick finish.
