Decent black lager, not stellar. Taste is average, fizz is about right. Colour is predictably black.

Nearly black with a light brown head. Roasted malt aroma with faint hints of chocolate, caramel, and bread. Palate has a medium-light body, moderately thin and soft carbonation. Flavor is malty, a little bit of bitter coffee, .a little bit of chocolate. Smokey, roasted malt aftertaste. Overall a mix of darker, roasted flavors combined with lighter, refreshing drinkability.

Pours black with a tan head.. Smells of toasted malt, chocolate malt, espresso, and smoke. Taste is sweet chocolate malt, smoke, espresso and a slightly bitter finish. The body is a little weak, can taste the water just a touch which I am not a huge fan of. It is great though.

Sampled at esbls. Mid brown with minimal head. Caramel and roasted aroma. Roasted malts, bitter hops, and caramel flavor. A long lasting roasted after taste.

Mild roast aroma, pours a nearly opaque black with ruby highlights when held up to a light. There’s a nice crop of off-white head. There’s a hint of roast and milk chocolate, with a light body. Very easy drinking, with a lingering roasted finish. This is a nice little session beer.

Well, it’s almost black, with a light brown head. It has sweet, doughy-like roasted aroma and a flavor that’s light and super sessionable. Not bad, not too bitter. Clean, light, and better than a standard lager - I’ll give it that!

Got it from a sketchy beer store in Vegas. Label is super sweet. Tastes strongly of toasted malt, but very light and smooth. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

355mL at the Quad in Las Vegas. Clear deep cola. Medium tan foam. Good retention. Black ipa style nose with waxy dark chocolate and resin. Taste is lactic, mild hoppy bitterness, mild pine resin, coffee roast. Pretty solid.
