Bottle from cellar. Cloudy gold color, pours with white foam that quickly dissipates. Farmhouse aroma that does not indicate sourness though the taste is nicely sour! Very good.

Pours a cloudy golden yellow with fluffy head. Aromas of citrus, hops, yeast, and some funk. Flavors of sour fruit, funk, and some nice citrus notes.

750 ml bottle dated 4/16/2014. Hazy straw in color, zero head. The aroma is malt and yeast with just a light note of citrus.

The flavor is funky yeast, light cereal grain with some light malt sweetness in the center. Very soft lemon tartness in the finish. I don’t get any spice and the sourness is not sour, just lightly tart. Body is medium with a slick/ oily texture over the palate. Pretty easy to drink after the age.

750 cc from Wegman’s. Hazy gold pour with minimal head. Nose is fruit, yeasty funk, some hops. Tastes malty, somewhat fruity, with some yeasty funk, citrus. Tart finish. Mediocre.

(bottle - corked & caged 750 ml) Ruby pour with a fizzy off-white head. Tart and funky aroma with some good hints of sweetness underneath. Flavor is incredibly tart and zesty. Lots of sourness coming through at the end. Glad I have another bottle to age a bit. [9/11/15]

Poured a pale gold with a white head that left no lacing. Plenty of visible carbonation. Aroma is sour yeast, faint spice, and citrus. Flavor is candy like sweetness, citrus and peppery and earthy spice followed by a sour and tart fruity finish. Medium bodied with a effervescent carbonation. Very surprised by how sour this was, but I still enjoy it.

Very nice looking, light bright unfiltered orange. Thick white head. Lacing not there. Nose is interesting, biscuits, lots of soft fruit, berries, apples. Yeasty notes, cereal. Wow lip smacking. Yowsa. Liked. Palate thins out though after the initial blast. Medium sticky initial mouthfeel, neutral watery finish.

Bottle. It poured a cloudy yellow color with a white head. The aroma was of citrus zest, spicy hops, funky yeast, herbs and some light sour notes. The taste was similar to the aroma with more tartness, some sourness, crispiness and zest. It had a medium body with a light puckerness and nice carbonation with a smooth, refreshing finish. Good stuff.

Bottle. Pours pale yellow with a foamy off-white head. Aroma was slightly sour with lemon zest, yeast, citrus and fruit. Flavor was sour and acidic with lemon zest, citrus, sour fruit, wild yeast and had notes of earthiness with a tart crisp finish.
