Pours a hazy orange color with a medium bone white head that dissipates steadily to a film. Strings of lacing on the glass. The aroma consists of mildly funky fruit, spices and malt. Medium body with flavors of tart citrus, funky yeast and biscuit malt, as well as some mild spice in the background. The finish is funky citrus and herbal yeast. Pretty good all around.

Cloudy yellow pour/ very bubbly with a quickly disappearing white head. Aroma is citrusy and sour. Taste is sour upfront, dry mouth feel, citrus left in the finish. Refreshing, palette cleansing. Little tart. Nice sour taste with each sip.

2014 750mL bottle drunk 2/9/15
Clear burnished-gold body is topped by a small, neatly retained off-white head.
Strong notes of acetic acid and light red fruits dot the nose, while there is a bit of musty/horsey character as well. What it dosent have is any brett tartness or real prominent funk. Strength is medium with no alcohol noted.
A shot of acetic acid up front starts things off promisingly, but it quickly is washed away by an exceedingly thin texture resulting in a finish that is somewhat bland and decidedly off-putting. My friend said "wet dog" and it’s not far from that. Certainly not pleasant, though it’s not overly offensive either. Don’t think they got the intended result here, not really sure what this strange flavor is, it’s not actually the horseblanket you associate with brett and there is no bright sourness that you’d associate with lacto/pedio. Weird. Poured the rest of ’er down the drain.

Pours a hazy golden yellow from the bottle worth bubbly white head that leaves moderate lace. Aroma of sour fruit and funky barnyard back end. Taste is way more toward the tart sour with a metallic middle and a nice lactic sweet back end. Bubbly and effervescent, clean yet intense.

750mL bottle, Chan’s in Destin, shared with Mrs. Owl, summer 2014. Golden pour with a nice off-white head, good lacing. Okay aroma, spiced, possibly the yeast, seems to be more saison than sour, but still okay. Nice flavor, tart, funky, spice, reminds of a saison/sour blend or something like that. Tasty.

Bottle sent my way from pops. Thanks dad! Pours clear and light yellow with a big fizzy white head. Aroma of light fruit, peaches and apricots, sweetness, light sour funk. Flavor is sweet light fruits, tiny bit of sour, funky lingering unpleasant aftertaste. Meh. Light bodied and spritzy. Leans too much on the sweet side for me with no much else going on.

Nice sour! You can smell the funk right off the pour. Foamy white head with good retention. Flavor is nice and tart. Reminds me of a Berliner Weisse. Very tasty!

Medium gold with a very lively white head. Aroma is musty, funky yeast with some nice stone fruit and green apple notes, floral/grassy. Taste is citric tartness up front, funky yeast, grassy, apple peel, lemon, light stone fruit (peach?), light-med bitterness. Perfect crisp body with tartness and balancing bitterness. So easy to drink. Now I want to buy this every year.

Very tangy with an unfiltered kick. Would not recommend as a starter beer for people just getting into sours. Overall an enjoyable experience.
